After 33 years of helping our customers keeping their devices running smoothly, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our business on 19th December, 2025.

This decision wasn’t easy, but after careful consideration of changes in the repair industry and making the decision to retire and it’s the right step forward for me.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I’m incredibly grateful for your loyalty and the relationships we’ve built along the way.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Final Repair Requests: We’ll be accepting new repair requests until 1st December 2025.
  • Current Repairs: All existing repairs will be completed and ready for pickup by 15th December 2025.
  • Warranty & Support: As we only ever use genuine Apple parts supplied by Apple, the warranty on your repairs, will continue, and be fully supported by Apple.
  • Data & Device Pickups: Please ensure all devices are collected by 15th December 2025.
  • Any Devices not collected by “Close of Business”, on the 19th December will be sent to eWaste
